Is a virtual fitting a video call?
Yes — we’ll meet you on Zoom. You’ll get a join link by email after booking.
How long does a fitting take?
About 20 minutes. We’ll confirm your size, discuss activity and comfort, then recommend styles.
What do I need for a virtual fitting?
A soft tape measure if you have one, and a well-lit space. Wear a comfy non-padded bra or sports bra.
Do I need to prepare anything for the virtual fitting?
So we can give you the best experience in your fitting, we kindly ask that you provide us with your rib and bust measurements and let us know what activity you will be using the sports bra for. This way we can get recommendations ready for you in advance!
Can I join from a mobile or laptop?
You can join from any laptop, tablet or mobile. If you do choose to join the fitting from a mobile or tablet, please download the Zoom app prior to your session.
What do I wear to my fitting?
We would like to assure you that we do not require you to be nude at any point throughout the virtual fitting. We would kindly ask if you can appear in your best fitting bra you currently have, so that we can see how this is fitting you. This will then enable us to best advise a size for you and any improvements we may have on the fit.
Can my fit expert help me to place my order?
Yes, your fitting expert will help you pick out the best sports bras for your shape, size and activity. They can then place the order for you whilst you are on the call, or send you a link to checkout directly on the website.
What if I can no longer make my fitting?
We understand that life is busy and something things come up! If you can no longer make your fitting please email: info@boobydoo.co.uk to let us know.
What if I'm running late to my fitting?
Please email info@boobydoo.co.uk or call us on 01335 348015 to let your fitting expert know that you are running late.
Will my virtual fitting be in private?
Your virtual fitting will be completely confidential with one member of our team in a private room. All information you supply us with will be kept strictly confidential. Fittings in person will also be one-to-one with your own changing room.
