What the experts say: although there’s not a solid expiry date on any bra, in general we’d suggest changing your sports bra every 6 – 12 months so that you can get the right support for your activity.

‘My sports bra should feel tight for support’

What the experts say: Your sports bra should be firm fitting but not too tight that it is difficult to fasten or there is excess skin hanging out of the band. If this is the case then we would recommend going up a band size (remember: if you do this, go down a cup size).

‘I only have small boobs, I don’t need a sports bra!’

What the experts say: when unsupported an A Cup can bounce up to 4cm and a G Cup up to 14cm! A sports bra is a technical piece of underwear that protects your breasts and improves your performance and comfort during exercise no matter your size!
