Being a woman of larger proportions, I have always struggled to get proper fitting sports bras from the usual outlets. Generally there has never been enough options in the shops, and trying to fit into some sports bras in a changing room, with other women outside, isn’t enjoyable. There have been times when I have gotten stuck and other times I have felt like I have done another workout!
In the past I have worn 3 bras at the same time - a sports bra, a tight bra top and then another top on top (that’s a lot of tops lol) to ensure support.
