FINDING THE RIGHT LEVEL OF IMPACT FOR YOUR ACTIVITY
You may be participating in many different activities at school and in your free time. Each sport and activity put different demands on your body, and you'll want to protect your boobs, feel confident and supported! Which type of sports bra is the right one for you?
High Impact
High impact activities such as Running, Horse Riding, Netball, Rugby, Hockey or any sport that involves jumping or bigger movements, require a sports bra that will keep your boobs in place.
High impact sports bras are designed to limit the amount of movement, reduce breast pain, and limit the distractions so you can concentrate on your performance.
Medium Impact
Medium impact activities such as Cycling, Dance or Gym, may involve less jumping than high impact activities but do still require adequate support.
Medium impact sports bras are designed to give a lower level of support than high impact but will still offer moderate coverage and support.
Low Impact
Low impact activities like Walking or Yoga put less strain and direct movement on your body. For this reason, low impact sports bras would be suitable.
Low impact sports bras are designed to be lightweight, comfortable styles that offer freedom of movement. If you are above a D cup you may opt for a medium impact sports bra for low impact activities.
