The Power of Motherhood

For all our Yoga mums...

“Staying active has always made me feel so good. After each child I had, the moment I could get back moving again my confidence just grew and I began to love and enjoy my new mumma skin.

Mums you will always be too busy BUT you have to carve out a little you time (fill up your mumma cup), going out for walks are great, baby’s always sleep and we get our daily steps in. Find a community class and just turn up and commit to that 1 hour, once a week for yourself, it will make you feel so good.”

For all our Running mums...

"Although I am quite an active person, running is by far my favourite activity. Since having my daughter 4 years ago, running is sometimes the only ‘me time’ I can fit in to my hectic days. It allows me time to get lost in my thoughts and run off any tension as well as keeping fit.

I love seeing other ladies journey’s too and love the fact that we are all inspiring the future generations to stay active (fingers crossed)"

For our Adventure mums...

"I started running with 3 young children to get fit and because I could fit it in around them. I could head out for half an hour when they when they went to bed, or when they were at nursery. After time, running has become more than just keeping fit, it is about time for me, a challenge and chance to meet people with the same interests.

As they’ve got older and I’ve run more, I realised I am capable of more. Recently I’ve started cycling, open water swimming and adventuring! It’s also something I can share with them - they join me on their bikes whilst I run! And hopefully, along the way they will realise how much they are capable of."
